@JioMart_Support tried placing order on the app. Made payment using paytm/upi Rs.1519.94 on 19 jun. Money debited to bank account. Order is not reflecting in jiomart app and not yet delivered. Made complaint no IM1365688 on same day. No response from you till date.

@paytmmallcare i have seen the disclaimer that the seller does not accept product returns. But what responsibility does paytm mall have to protect consumers from being duped by sellers who send defective products. That is why I said that I am not going to use paytm mall again.

Do not buy this item from the mall. It is shipped in an open box without vendor packaging and does not work. Paytm also does not offer replacement. Total waste of money.

@PaytmMall . Totally disappointed with the M2 fitness band. It is not working on delivery and as per policy stated i cannot return the item. Not going to order anything on the paytm mall. Poor customer service.
