I am trying to book UK domestic flights to LHR and before I can book I need to know if a person without the listed passenger ID items can use their recently issued Voter Authority Certificate as an approved form of photo ID ?

A bit sad the after paying for the glider in full we are still waiting for the owner to deliver the airframe as agreed.
