@A_Bohaimed77@ianbremmer Putin can end the war at any time by moving his troops outside of the pre-2014 Ukranian borders. Failing that Ukraine is endeavouring to starve those troops so that they will walk back to Russia.
@Alfonzo10432880@a_c__01001101@ianbremmer Moving oil refineries or trying to move oil from the far east without building infrastructure to do that makes that a non-starter. And anything built within 2000km is subject to kinectic sanctions.
@SpencerHakimian Given the Persians' role in developing early forms of chess, we can quite believe that they are playing advanced forms of 3-D chess. Trump, on the other hand, is still playing 1-D checkers.
@gtconway3d The problem is that by the time he is impeached and it gets to a vote in the Senate, those Senators will find their spines reverting to the bent over kiss the boots of the president version.
@jurgen_nauditt We'll note that 1000000/365 is about 2700 drones per day available for the defence of Ukraine; 1000 is less than 50% of the daily dose.
@IAPonomarenko Phyrrhic Stagnation, Russia cannot win this war, but ending the war will cause the pumped-up military economy to crash into a deep recession (at best).
@MarkJCarney@ZelenskyyUa The only lasting peace is Russia withdrawing to their side of the pre-2014 borders, Ukraine joining NATO, with Article 5 guarantees of Ukraine's sovereignty. And the only negotiations that can accomplish that are being done daily by Ukraine's drones and missiles.
