@vline_ballarat it seems the 5:18pm service on Wed 16th September can’t get out of second gear. We have been crawling from Southern Cross all the way to Bacchus Marsh. What a joke!

@vline_ballarat not ok to allow an intoxicated male onto the train, continuing to drink alcohol and causing a disturbance when people just want to get home safely. I applaud the female conductor who tried to contain the male, but shouldn’t be necessary.

@kellymnyc Correct @kellymnyc. There is a lot of emerging research on “belonging” and its affect on society especially regarding emergency management and community recovery.

@kellymnyc Disaster and EM practitioners, agencies / organisations talk about community resilience pre and post disaster. Often gov / agency policies and practices inhibit community resilience. When people want to have self agency, regulations and bureaucracy prevent this.
