My favorite thing about @PNCBank these days is when I try to do a mobile deposit on their 'newly upgraded' app and it crashes every. single. time. Seriously, this bank is literally the worst.
I love wasting time while I wait for @Adobe@creativecloud software to stop ‘not responding’ and finally open after a good 5-10 minutes. Very efficient and a productive workflow. Don’t worry Adobe, it’s only been like that for months now. Probably don’t fix it.
This is my favorite part about paying for an @Adobe subscription. Every time I start an application, I have to force quit and then open it a second time to get it to not freeze up. Keep up the good work, Adobe 🙄
@Verizon’s garbage customer service strikes again after you finally dump them. They revoke access to your account and entire billing history. They’ll lie and tell you there is a ‘special link’ to recover your account, but that’s a lie and they know it. Don’t believe me? Google it

@VerizonSupport My phone was damaged during shipping when I returned it for an upgrade and now I'm being charged over $500 while customer service accuses me of lying. This can all be avoided by requiring returns to be handled in-store and inspected by an employee.
@PNCBank_Help I tried the website and the app and both are down for me. This is becoming very typical of PNC and has happened at least a dozen times just this month. I can't do my business banking with a bank that is constantly having technical issues the prevent me from accessing my account.
@PNCBank_Help May be time to look for a new business account. Every other day either the site is unavailable, the app is unavailable, or both. Makes a small business owner pretty nervous.
