@virginmedia@virginmedia new contract issued, still no broadband. You are utterly incompetent. Guess I can cancel my DD and use cooling off period to get out of my contract.
@virginmedia I assume that I’m due a refund due to old contract being terminated and the new contract will come with the first three months free of charge?
@virginmedia Yes, 72hrs. Received my ‘new’ pre contract documents this afternoon (We were cut off yesterday) even though I’m not requesting a new contract. It all seems absurd!

Appalling service.. just been told that Duinrell are going to be keep our money and no credit note. The customer service person said we could only book between November and March & they were going to cancel the booking altogether. Disgraceful service.
