@Se_Railway hi there. If you've not not the app fixed by the time I get to London (half hours time) and I can't load my ticket onto the app, can you issue me a refund for the travel card section of my ticket where I'll have to tap in and out with my bank card instead. 🤔

@Se_Railway key card loading app isn't working again this morning. Notice you've said you've had no reports, but ive seen a few and both me and my partner also can't get it to work. When will this be fixed and I have a travel card and I need it for the tube in 1 hour.
