@Bacteria_Offl I have talked to one of the famous companies operating in India offering corporate cab services. They're doing 150+ office for an MNC in Coimbatore and they said they're giving 45K per month for Ertiga for 2000kms. We have to take care fuel, driver and maintenance.
@MadrasJournos@the_hindu In the name of the press, you will go anywhere and do anything & nobody should question you even the police of this state. I've been an avid reader of @the_hindu for years. In fact my day starts with your paper. If you're gathering news this way, you're no different. @nramind
Please listen through this, you will understand how souther states are being fooled with the flawed bill where it doesn’t mention 50% seats will be allotted to every state and how the delimitation is going work and who are its members. It’s now or never for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, this bill must be stopped.
The 5 Southern States of India contribute 31% of India's GDP and that's expected to *grow* to 35% by 2030.
Meanwhile, our representation in Parliament will shrink to 20%.
This is what injustice looks like
Extraordinary!
They want to rush through the biggest change in Indian polity - raising LS from 543 to 850 (815 + 35 UTs) in a special hurried session, without comprehensive study and debate! Being deleted - Compulsion of Delimitation (post 2026) per Art.82, and latest Census data. In the name of Women's Reservation, they are changing it all. South big loser.

Rahul Gandhi alleges voters were deleted from the list without the knowledge of the voters or the knowledge of the purported individual on whose behalf voters were deleted, also mobile numbers from different States were used to delete.
Surprisingly, ECI is also not cooperating with Karnataka Police in the investigation by refusing to share the ‘IP Addresses’ used to delete voters from the list.
@thiruvinod4u I tried using Chat GPT, Gemini and Grok for choosing tamil names for new borns and also to keep a check on their growth progress. Based on my use so far, I could call out Grok as a clear winner and Chat GPT in a distant second. Gemini is just an extended search engine
If you think Atul Subhash’s story is one off or rare, you are mistaken. It is not a one symptom of one sided affair either. Every single day, I see cases where the idea of justice has been lost and people are fighting for the ashes of whatever remains. Let me give you a few examples.
CM's breakfast scheme in Chennai - food arrived piping hot at 7.57am. LKG, UKG and primary kids are fed first. Children say food is "super", better than home (indeed it was very good!). But...
WTH! Jokers sitting in @IndiaToday studio broadcasted a quote from a parody account and attributed it to Prime Minister Narendra Modi calling it a "BIG STATEMENT". Are you guys serious? The name literally says its a (parody) account. 🤦
Employees are fighting a losing battle under the new tax regime.
Under the new regime, a big jump in CTC does not necessarily mean a big increase in take-home salary. For example, moving from a ₹60 lakh CTC to ₹1 crore—an increase of ₹40 lakh—may only boost your take-home by around ₹12 lakh.
The new regime’s lack of exemptions, along with the effects of taxes and variable pay, makes the gap between CTC and take-home even more noticeable in higher income brackets.
In a year or two, the old tax regime will be phased out completely. Employees will be left with the singular reality as shown in the table below.
Last night, I was exchanging a message with a founder who I admire, respect and love for the way he went about building his company.
His response shook me to the core and broke my heart. He wrote “My life such a whirlpool these days, can’t even express”. An Entreprenuer who innovated for India and created the biggest impact across the length and breadth of India is feeling helpless. I know what he meant. I have been following his travails and praying that he comes out of it.
I feel him because I am going through a similar trauma with the dreaded angel tax issue almost killing us. Our business was in ICU for 18 days with all accounts frozen and all monies in all banks taken away as we contested the dreaded ‘angel tax’ imposed on us. The pain and trauma of being an Entreprenuer in India is second to none. We are guilty till we prove ourselves innocent.
If you think you are the loneliest person in the world, try being an entreprenuer in India. Come hell or high water, we must continue the facade of looking happy. We must continue to inspire while fighting our own personal battles. No matter the external conditions or market forces, we must continue to deliver - to investors, clients, employees and customers. We are supposed to be a super human with a solution to all problems. We juggle relationships while continuing to build trust.
We are supposed to walk with a spring in our stride while carrying a fractured leg without any one guessing the handicap. No and not possible are answers we cannot give. We cannot cry nor sulk nor share our problems with any one. We own up every individual's problem and go about solving them. Though our face is marred in dust and body wet with sweat, we are supposed to look happy and content. We fight valiantly without giving up, fall only to raise, bleed only to look gladiatorial. There is no sucker punch discovered against an entreprenuer.
An entreprenuer is valiant, resilient, but most importantly, lonely. An entreprenuer who hasn't embraced loneliness hasn't embraced entreprenuership.
As I write this, I desperately pray that my friend would have a smile on his face and find time to laugh back at all his problems.
#WATCH | Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu: Neelakurinji flowers, which bloom once in 12 years, are blooming near Utagai, the hills adjacent to the Toda tribal village called Pikkapathi Mandu.
There has been no waste collection in my area : Ward No : 32 Surya Nagar for the past 5 days. Wet waste is rotten completely. Are there chances that someone from the Corporation will come tomorrow or we have to resort to dump somewhere. @CbeCorp@SivaguruIAS@KRanganayagi
