A simple property tax payment is turning into a confusing exercise due to poorly designed SWM user fee questions and unclear data requirements.
There is no per-house waste weighment system, so all entries are merely estimates. And the framework imposes discriminatory charges on apartment communities that already segregate and compost their waste.
Fix the SWM framework first—don’t make compliance harder for citizens.
We seek urgent intervention from the Chief Commissioner, GBA.

Tata fiber OTT plans are a joke. Complaint C2214136983 has been raised for 8 days (since 15-Sep) and @tataplayfiber@TataPlayBinge are not able to resolve. Looks like these two dont co-ordinate among them. Why do you sell a plan when you dont know how to operate it.

@NammaBESCOM Gruha Jyoti registration of new connections are not happening since November 2023.
What is the reason for this?

Clear case of fraud at @Arvind_Infra where they ask the customers to go with their preferred channel partner @assettrustlk promising a better deal and then stop receiving their calls once payment is made. No point escalating to the head of operations as well.
