Bizarre Air India, unexpected from "TATA"
Purchase a Liverpool-BOM ticket from Air India: Liverpool—LHR by train + LHR-BOM by flight AI130. The ticket does not include any train details, and customer care refuses to help even though Air India issued the entire ticket.
