Ask them to visit schools which are allocated to them, inspect after getting permission respectfully

Prepare a report on the status on the ground by Taluk and give it to the state government

Then demand change armed with full data.
Publish a quarterly report and talk to citizens.
Now you have data on your side and citizens will respect you for your work. You will know which state is behind.
Understand the scale of the issue. India’s school system has around 18 lakh schools, 24 cr children upto class 12, 1.3 cr faculty and staff, 50% children in govt schools and declining.

This is public service If you are true and want change do this

When Indians started assembling mobile phones, people mocked us for doing "screwdriver giri."

Little do they realise that, that is exactly how every manufacturing ecosystem begins.

First, you assemble.

Then someone asks, “Why are we importing this part?”

They make the part.

Then someone makes the machine that makes the part.

Then suppliers, engineers and factories show up.

And suddenly, an ecosystem exists.

That's what is happening with mobile phones.

The interesting part is..

If India can build one of the world's most complex consumer products, imagine how many simpler products we still import.

Every one of them is an opportunity waiting for someone to ask:

“Why aren't we making this in India?”

Add India's strengths in software and AI to manufacturing.

And I think we're sitting on something much bigger most people can realise.

Today is one of the most emotional days of my life. I genuinely don’t have the words to express what I am feeling right now.

Exactly four years ago I started speaking about reservation reforms.

I was abused. Mocked. Trolled. Threatened. I even got SC/ST Act notice by Delhi Police. But I kept going.

For four years, I wrote thousands of posts and made hundreds of videos on the issues. People I had never met started reaching out to me & sharing their stories.

The last four years have not been easy. I have lost work because I chose to associate myself with this movement. I have lost friendships. I have been attacked by trolls and IT cells. There were attempts to intimidate and silence me in every possible way.

I rarely spoke about any of this. Because for me, the cause was always bigger than my career, my comfort, my friendships, or anything I could personally lose.

And today…

When I stood back and saw thousands of people at Jantar Mantar demanding reservation reforms, I honestly felt something I cannot put into words.

In the 1971 war, India lost a warship at sea. Its sonar had not been able to find the submarine that sank it.

India then tried to buy better sonar. The countries that made it would not sell.

So the Navy told one of its own officers to build it himself.

His name is Arogyaswami Paulraj.

He was born in Pollachi, a small town in Tamil Nadu. He joined the Indian Navy as a teenager and stayed for about 30 years.

The Navy spotted him early and sent him to the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi for a master's degree. His professors told the Navy not to stop there. He finished a doctorate.

After the 1971 war he was given the sonar problem.

He had no foreign help, no foreign equipment and no permission to buy either. His team built the system from the ground up. It was called APSOH. It went into the fleet in 1983.

It was not a compromise. It is still considered one of the best sonars in the world.

He went on to set up 3 national research laboratories in India, in computing, artificial intelligence and military electronics. India gave him the Padma Bhushan.

Then he left the Navy and joined Stanford University in America as a postdoctoral researcher, starting again at the bottom.

While running wireless experiments there, he noticed something odd in his results about how signals could be separated from one another. He followed it.

What came out of it is called MIMO. In simple terms, instead of one antenna sending and one antenna receiving, you use several at both ends at once, and the signals stop fighting each other and start carrying far more data.

That is the foundation of every WiFi connection and every 4G and 5G phone on the planet.

The chairman of the Marconi Society put it plainly. Every WiFi router and 4G phone today uses MIMO technology pioneered by him.

He founded a company on it, which Intel bought. He founded another, which Broadcom bought. He holds around 80 patents.

He has the Marconi Prize, the IEEE Alexander Graham Bell Medal, the Faraday Medal, and a place in the United States National Inventors Hall of Fame.

The internet in your house is running on his idea right now, and almost nobody in this country knows his name.

India doesn't have a jobs problem. It has a salesman problem.

Nobody wants to be a salesman anymore.

Ask any 22-year-old in India today — "do you want to be in sales?" — and watch the face. It's almost always a no. Not a polite no. A visible flinch.

We've turned "salesman" into a synonym for "had no other option." A con-job. Something you do when the good jobs don't want you.

Compare that to the 1990s. Walk-in interview for a sales role, and hundreds would line up outside the gate. Today? Companies don't even dare use the word. It's "Customer Experience Manager." "Growth Associate." "Business Development Executive."
Anything but the word that actually describes the job. That shift didn't happen by accident. We built it, brick by brick:

We never taught sales as a craft — we taught it as "achieve your target, somehow." We never taught dignity in the sell — we taught "kuch bhi karo, par becho." B-School managers replaced strategy with Excel sheets — and an Excel sheet has never once closed a deal. No senior ever got on a call to actually show a junior how it's done.

Meanwhile, air-conditioned desk jobs started paying just as well, minus the rejection. And insurance agents, along with half the financial-products industry, spent two decades misselling their way into destroying whatever respect the profession had left.

So today, an entire generation graduated from wanting to earn more into wanting to work less. Ok pay, low effort, no pressure. That's the new dream.
