So now thieves are hired as delivery partners in swiggy genie with a standard pre written response from customer care that they are “sorry for the inconvenience caused”. The inconvenience you ask? Stealing belongings and switching off the phone.

Over an entire night the delivery partner could not be tracked and stole my belongings and is nowhere to be found and there is no help from swiggy whatsoever. They keep transferring the chats to various executives who keep re reading the chat and resolve NOTHING. @SwiggyCares

@MSEDCL has been charging a high average for the past 1 year because of faulty meter they promised to replace. They suddenly increase the average due to ‘summer’ while not providing a new meter. Absolute loot system with no accountability. Also how rude are these authorities!

Ordered flowers from @blooms_villa for a friend. It never reached on time and the flowers were different from what I ordered but the customer service is the most disappointing of it all!
