So on June 15, 2026, the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, inaugurated the newly built residential quarters for Court of Appeal Justices.
The 10-unit housing estate, located in the Katampe District of Abuja, was commissioned by President Bola Tinubu, who was represented by the Attorney-General of the Federation, Lateef Fagbemi.
And ever since then, there have been so many opinions on the subject matter.
I have said it many times that the executive does not have any justification for directly building or gifting benefits of this nature to Judges who are still in active service.
Let me explain something to you all.
Nigeria maintains a special account called the "Federation Account."
The Constitution says that all revenues generated by Nigeria should be deposited into that account.
And from there, the Federation, through the President, after obtaining approval from the National Assembly, should distribute the money to states, local governments, and every institution entitled to receive funds according to what is due to them. (See Section 162 of the Constitution.)
Now, because the Constitution does not want a situation where the Judiciary will be stranded for any reason, it created a body called the National Judicial Council. (See Section 153 (1)(i) of the Constitution)
The Constitution mandated this body to be in charge of anything that has to do with the welfare, emoluments, and working conditions of Judicial officers. (See Paragraph H, Item 21 of the Third Schedule to the 1999 Constitution.)
The Constitution did not stop there.
It further states that as the Federation is disbursing money to states and local governments from the Federation Account, any money due to the Judiciary should also be disbursed directly to the account of the National Judicial Council without delay. (See Section 162(9) of the Constitution.)
The Constitution did not end there either.
It further provides that once the NJC receives the money due to the Judiciary, it should not waste time before distributing the funds to the heads of courts at both the Federal and State levels. (See Section 121(3) of the 1999 Constitution.)
So tell me, why should the Judiciary not be able to cater for its own welfare?
Why should the executive always be building houses and giving gifts to Judicial officers when there is already a constitutional body saddled with such responsibilities?
The best thing the executive should do is release all allocations due to the Judiciary and ensure that the money is used for the purpose for which it was disbursed, rather than looking for opportunities to offer ex gratia gifts to Judges.
Judges are like gods in the temple of justice. No one gives gifts to a god who is in charge of his case and decides his destiny, and then expects people not to question the motive behind it or anticipate something favourable in return.
We need to learn how to do things properly in this nation.

VISION 2030
True true, the world is ruled by thouse who can see tomorrow.
As I dey stand here with the Great Aliko Dangote, one thing no gree comot from my head.
Not the refinery.
Not the billions of dollars.
Not even the mesmerising size of the refinery project.
Na just two words behind us:
VISION 2030.
Whilst many of us dey struggle to see next week.
Some yeye stupid leaders no fit see beyond the next election.
But here na man wey dey talk about 2030, for 2026. Kai!!!
Yesooo About the future.
About Africa.
About wetin we fit become.
One thing wey strike me about Aliko Dangote be say anytime conversation shift from money to the future of Nigeria and Africa, the man just dey come alive.
Because true vision no be about making money alone.
Na about creating possibilities.
Vision 2030 no just dey talk about factories and refineries.
E dey talk about an Africa wey fit produce wetin e consumes.
An Africa wey no go always depend on outsiders.
An Africa wey fit create jobs, build industries and prepare young people for tomorrow.
As I waka through that massive facility with Baba OBJ and Dangote, one question kept ringing for my head:
How many of us dey build for tomorrow?
ego, imagine many yeye, stupid and incompetent African leaders
Because every great achievement start as something invisible.
A vision.
And if Africa must rise, we need more people wey fit see beyond today.
Vision 2030 no be just Dangote's dream.
Na challenge to all of us.
Think bigger.
See farther.
Build longer.
Aliko, the more I continue to think about my trip to ur establishment, the more I want to do more in Africa and beyond.
Abegi, na MAN you be.
I Twale for you.
Update on Mene Ogidi, Usman Nuhu Ogbegbe Case 👮🏾♂️🚨
Delta Police have arrested 4 Black Axe cultists linked to the ₦380k death-package, all EXCEPT Desmond, the person who sent the Pistol to Effurun and sent Oghenemine Ogidi to pick it up.
Police investigation traced the gun to one Emmanuel Chukwuemeka who bought it for ₦290k from Amadi Princewill.
Turns out Amadi Princewill initially bought it from Amadi Felix for ₦200k and sold to Emmanuel. Who then, also sold it at a ₦90k marging to DESMOND.
Five suspects have been linked to the case, but only four have been arrested: Felix, Princewill, Emmanuel, and Clifford.
Clifford, who is Emmanuel’s roommate, was seemingly implicated by Emmanuel, who used his phone to communicate with buyers and sellers of the Beretta pistol.
As a result, both were arrested, while Desmond still remains at large.
To make the police investigation case easier to understand and to illustrate the connections between the suspects, we created an investigation board graphic.

When the news came out yesterday that Kwankwaso might likely drop the NDC party project over an internal misunderstanding arising from claims that his lists of nominations were being shortchanged, I knew that the joy that entered the hearts of ADC and APC knew no bounds. Some people must have even told their families to prepare the best meal because, in their minds, the party that gives them sleepless nights was finally about to scatter.
Well, I am sorry to disappoint you.
It appears that whatever misunderstanding was brewing has already been nipped in the bud. NDC has now released the nomination list in Kano and, as you can clearly see, all Kwankwaso's nominations remain intact.
As if that was not enough, the Kwankwasiyya movement has also come out strongly to refute the rumours of any crisis. According to them, there is nothing like a crisis. Their eyes remain firmly on the ball, and their commitment is to deliver NDC in their zone remains unwavering.
To further confirm the disappointment of those who dearly wish to see Kwankwaso leave NDC, the leader of the Kwankwasiyya movement was even spotted doing the work of NDC while it is still day. Yesterday evening, he received NDC candidates at his official residence, sending a clear signal that he remains fully involved and committed to the project.
So, from where things stand today, there is really nothing left to hope for by those waiting for a breakup.
For those who had already started celebrating with drums, it may be time to return the drums back to the store.

DID THE SULTAN JUST DOOM HIS ANCESTORS TO HELL?
Yesterday in Abuja, the Sultan of Sokoto declared:
"Don't think you are going to heaven. You are going to hell for taking the lives of innocent people."
By his own ruling, for killing innocent people:
🔥 Usman dan Fodio — founder of his caliphate, blood ancestor, leader of the 1804 jihad — is in hell.
🔥 Every Fulani warrior who built the Sokoto throne yelling Allahu Akbar — in hell.
🔥 The federal commanders who starved 3 million Igbo children to keep "One Nigeria" — in hell.
🔥 The Fulani militia who stormed a Christian burial in Barkin Ladi yesterday yelling Allahu Akbar — in hell with the rest of them.
Not that I disagree, but that's a lot of hell, Your Eminence.
So name them. Excommunicate them. Issue the fatwa. Strip your Emir of Wase, your own JNI chairman in Plateau, who has never named a single killer in twenty years.
Otherwise we all know it's just taquiyya theater. Empty words.
And your ancestors are still down there. 🔥

From Miriam Pschak “I was born a Muslim in Iran. I was raised on Islam, educated in its scriptures, and even became an Islamic leader here in America—an Imam, an executive director of CAIR, and president of the Muslim Forum of Utah. So don’t insult my intelligence by telling me I believe in something I don’t understand. I understand Islam inside and out—and that’s why I left it. You say Islam is the religion of Abraham and that Christianity is paganism? That’s the same tired propaganda I used to preach before I studied the Bible for myself. Abraham looked forward to the promise of the Messiah (John 8:56), and that promise was fulfilled in Jesus Christ—the Son of God, not just a prophet, but God in the flesh. You call it idolatry, but the truth is, you worship a distant, unknowable deity who demands submission but offers no assurance of salvation, no love, and no personal relationship.
Islam claims simplicity, but it's not spiritual clarity—it's theological shallowness wrapped in slogans. You say “God alone,” but then claim the Qur'an is eternal and uncreated, that Muhammad is the perfect man, and that prayers must be recited in Arabic to be valid. That’s not pure monotheism—that’s blind ritualism. You call Christianity confusing, yet it’s Islam that denies the very sacrifice that fulfills God's justice and love. I’ve seen Christian doctors, scientists, and theologians embrace Jesus not because they’re deceived, but because they found the truth—a truth you refuse to face because it means letting go of the lies you were fed. Islam is not the religion of Abraham—it’s a 7th-century political invention that twisted Scripture to build an empire. I left Islam not because I was ignorant—but because I finally understood it. And once I saw the truth in Christ, I was set free.”
Before Dawn Falls: Waziri, Do Not Die With Your Fist in the Bottle
Your Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Waziri Adamawa,
I write to you not as a politician, but as a son of this soil who has watched you walk with the blessings of Allah for nearly eight decades.
We saw you on Arise TV Current Affairs Programme_Prime Time_. At 79, you were sharp, eloquent, presidential. That is not luck. That is mercy. From Deputy Director of Customs to Vice President of Nigeria, from businessman to statesman, Allah has lifted you where millions of your peers never reached. You asked for Governor and He gave you Vice President. Can you count these favors?
Yet one door has never opened. Six times you knocked for the Presidency. Six times it stayed shut. Waziri, even generals retire from the battlefield. Not in defeat, but in wisdom. Not in weakness, but in strength.
Let me tell you about the Brazilian monkey trap. They put a sweet nut in a bottle with a narrow neck. The monkey reaches in and grabs it. His fist is now too wide to pull out. The hunter walks closer. All the monkey must do is let go. But he won’t. Because he can see only the nut, he cannot see death coming. So he loses both the nut and his life.
Waziri, Nigeria is that monkey today. And the Presidency is the nut in the bottle. You can win the ADC ticket. But you cannot win the war that comes after. The numbers, the zoning, the mood of a wounded nation — they are the hunter walking toward us.
Right beside you sits Peter Obi. Young. From the South East. Carrying the hunger of 60 million youths who have never known a working country. If you clench your fist, Tinubu returns. And if Tinubu returns, democracy may not survive him. Nigeria could become another Cameroun, another Uganda. And history will say it was Waziri who held the door open for him.
But if you open your hand, if you let the nut go, you save us all. You become the man who placed Nigeria above himself. The man who gave us our first truly free election. Azikiwe never became President. Awolowo never became President. Yet their homes became Meccas. Yours can too, Waziri. Not as President Atiku, but as the Father of Nigeria’s Second Republic.
Your fist or Nigeria’s future. You cannot have both.
Before dawn falls, choose light.
Before the bottle breaks, free your hand.
May Allah guide you to write your name in gold, not in the blood of a broken nation.
My name is Chibuisi Mba,
Lead Director, CEED Foundation
and Deputy National Treasurer, NNPP.

URGENT HELP NEEDED 🙏
JUSTICE ! JUSTICE!!
I am writing this with a heavy heart full of pain and fear. I am living every day in terror because members of national union of road and transport workers (nurtw) have been threatening my life, constantly harassing me and oppressing me. I have been physical attacked, times without number, issued verbal treats and inflicting injuries on me, beating me up. They have forcefully taken my belongings. They said, they will not allow me to live in Lagos and also that I will not get a job and work in Lagos, that I must go out of Lagos, where they will kill me easily. If I did not speak out the treat will become a reality. I am scared of death and I am helpless. I have not keep quiet about this. I have reached out to people around me, and even reported everything to the police, I reported at Sabo police station, panti and ikeji police station, I have the acknowledge copy of the police report. hoping for protection and justice. Sadly despite all these efforts, no strong help seems to be coming, and I am still completely unsafe. Please I am begging anyone who can help-friends, family, leaders, lawyers, human rights groups, activist, journalist, or anyone with the ability to intervene - please help me find the possible solution. I am tried, I am afraid, and I can not face this alone anymore. Please help me find protection and justice.
please reach out.
Kindly share this post. Your voice, your connection, your support could be what save my life. May GOD bless you as you help🙏 My name is Florence
