To tap into the immense energy residing within the human body, one must activate the nadis and chakras. However, it is essential to grasp the concept of nadis and chakras first.

Nadis refer to the astral channels composed of astral matter, through which psychic currents flow. The term 'Nadi' originates from the Sanskrit word 'Nad,' meaning 'motion.' Countless nadis permeate the body, and their exact number varies across different scriptures, ranging from 72,000 to 3,50,000. Nonetheless, three nadis hold primary significance: Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna.

Chakras serve as the focal points of mystical energy within the human body, aligned along the spine. They are distributed throughout our body, with 114 chakras being the most significant. Among them, there are 7 major chakras, 21 minor chakras, and 86 micro chakras. The majority of these chakras, 112 in total, reside within the body, while the remaining two exist outside the body.

Nadis and chakras are intricately connected to the four types of life energies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Achieving a harmonious balance among these energies is essential for a fulfilling life. These four forms of life energies are interconnected and often intertwine.
Chakras play a vital role in maintaining this balance and ensuring the overall well-being of our mind and body. When our chakras are balanced, they positively influence our immune system and strengthen the body's inherent healing capabilities.
