I ordered essential medicines from @PlatinumRxIndia after seeing its campaigns featuring Mr. @AnupamPKher and trusted the platform’s promise of reliable healthcare delivery.

However, this is the 3rd instance of delayed delivery in my experience.

My order was expected yesterday. The delivery partner, @delhivery , informed me the medicines would arrive within 30 minutes, but the delivery did not happen. Later, I was informed it would be delivered the next day.

For customers depending on timely medicines — especially senior citizens and chronic patients — delivery reliability and clear communication are extremely important.

I request @PlatinumRxIndia and @delhivery to review their service coordination and customer handling processes more carefully in healthcare-related deliveries.
