@tata_cars@TataMotors@jagograhakjago@consaff I have booked Tata Nexon XZA+(0) on 30 January 2022 at Puneet Auto, Lucknow. Its more than 90 days and I am yet to get the delivery. I was promised 80 days at the time of booking. Could you please take a look into it ?
@markjgardner@reddit@ThePracticalDev@Medium@DZoneInc You can forgot other subreddit if your own sub is not supportive. There is constant whining & bike-shedding which kills your motivation. There are very few people who comment positively and upvote. If you can't write something good support someone who is writing. #Peace
@markjgardner@reddit@ThePracticalDev@Medium@DZoneInc I feel you. On reddit, I see anything related to JS or Python get upvote, other don't get much value. Similar on dev also. One thing we can do on dev is to use proper existing tag(which is somewhat successful for me) for article to get it to maximum viewers. Rest is luck
@biology_for By worth if you mean money - #Perl is the highest paid prog lang in 2020 acc. to StackOverflow survey. Maybe not a fad language and 33+ years old but with age comes wisdom. It is still here and will be here in future too. Standing on shoulders of giants.
@rabenfeder I have used Paws in production in past, but my interaction is limited to S3 mostly with little bit EC2 and it works perfectly for me. #Perl
@e7_87 @ShekharJha1234 Agreed. Seen Python people disliking any X lang just because they love Python and not on the merit. They are just going with the flow and #Perl is the one which suffered the most. :P. That been said, tiobe index has placed Perl on 12th position in Nov2020- https://t.co/IoY4L0W8Kd
@e7_87 @ShekharJha1234 I second that. I have seen the actual revenue generating code for big organizations still running on Perl. The backward compatibility of #Perl make it one of the best of the lot. Even though this article is 4+ years old but still hold true- https://t.co/ntuqaUJQ1U
@berndschmidl For windows there are 2 flavors - Active Perl and Strawberry Perl. Both are equally good. My personal preference on windows is Strawberry #Perl- https://t.co/lQ9WUqYZwx
@lekandev Well better late then never. #Perl has Mojolicious- https://t.co/BDOYHOSU0c and Dancer- https://t.co/fH7Ly4Ty7m for modern web development (or Catalyst - https://t.co/eRN2MB5h5a).
You can also write Perl extension using Wasm- https://t.co/BbKtgEY4QK, it is in active development😀
@theoneamit Autovivification is something I love in #Perl. It takes me some time to and repeated mistakes in Python and JavaScript to understand the importance of it. 😀
@thakares@DThompsonDev Just a note on smart-match. It is still experimental and not the recommended way. More details - https://t.co/lCBjHDxwhQ & https://t.co/rV4qYAAqOx. The more appropriate one to use is - https://t.co/SUJgJkeycD
