π§΅LANDERS: Recently there's been talk about landers (I started pulling this together a little while ago). Aimed more at newbies, here are my thoughts on lander options. It's safe to say, there's never been more choice for domain investors, and if I've made a mistake in commission etc please comment. There are more providers out there, but I looked at: @afternic@aftermarketcom@atomhq@daazcom@dnx@domain_easy@eftycom fruits(.)co @NamePros nameshift(.)com @spaceship@sudos_com@unstoppableweb@sawsells (I couldnβt bring myself to include Sav(.)com landers)
@sudos_com@Aladey Itβs working fairly good on Sudos, actually. No extra marketplace sales yet, but Iβve only just started adding Spaceship and Fruits recently. Daaz was having issues but I might try them also. Dynadot needs extra steps for domains registered elsewhere. Sedo rarely makes sales.
Spaceship SellerHub is now fully supported on Sudos πͺ
You could now sync your whole portfolio with @Spaceship with just one click and manage your listings on the fly π
Updates to SellerHub: External API supportπ
Weβve heard from you that an API for SellerHub listings would make things easier, so we built it.
Available now:
β’ Get your domains list
β’ List new domains
β’ Check details of listed domains
β’ Update or delete listings
β’ Get verification records
API documentation: https://t.co/J95GwKiEJ5
Always great to shape SellerHub togetherπ
I thought I'd share some updates from the Spaceship Sellerhub team(word for word):
Hey guys! It has been a while, so I wanted to provide updates on the SellerHub process.
Here is the list of the new features available on SellerHub within the last few weeks:
- It is possible to set up LTO during CSV import
Our Sellers can configure their LTO while importing/updating domains via a CSV file. Do it so, they need to specify the LTO duration and downpayment % fields there (BIN will be treated as the Full price of the LTO in this case)
- Buyers can pay for the next installments before the auto-renewal period.
Buyers can now pay for the LTO domains upfront and more flexibly from their BuyerHub account.
Just to be clear, it doesn't replace the option to let the Buyers pay off their LTOs in advance, and there is still smth we have on our plate to be solved. This option allows you to pay for one period at a time, which is not that convenient to pay off the entire LTO term, but is a better temporary solution till we get to the proper pay off early feature.
- Sellers can set up their payout information
To remove some hustle during the selling process, we now let Sellers specify where they'd like to receive their payouts without having to discuss it with CS agents after every sale.
- Mobile view improvements
We have started iterating on improvements for our mobile customers as well. Lots have been improved within the Domains tab, and we want to keep incrementing improving throughout the rest of the flow.
- External API progress
This is one of the top-requested features that we are currently working on:
- getSellerHubDomain is already available for use , and getSellerHubDomainList and deleteSellerHubDomain should be available tomorrow
-createSellerHubDomain and updateSellerHubDomain endpoints are in development as well, and we expect to push them live asap too.
These are just the first iterations to establish the external API flows, but we have plenty of customers who are willing to test it out and share their feedback once we have the endpoints ready.
- Account settings - LTO
Today, we have released another improvement for the LTO setup. Based on the discussions we had with our customers, not everyone is keen on updating their portfolios via CSV, and we believe it should help such customers with the bulk LTO management.
Now they can set up the price ranges of their domains and the desired LTO terms depending on those ranges. If configured, these settings will be applied to the domain during the import process. However, if the CSV file you are importing has some LTO set up, the file configuration will take priority over the account settings (so that we don't break the flow for our CSV-loving customers).
There are still a few smaller bugs that we plan to fix tomorrow, but the feature is still available to the Sellers.
We believe it will help us with the bulk LTO updates, which we want to iterate on next.

On the not-so-amazing news: one of the most common issues our customers face these days is having issues with adding domains for sale when a domain already exists in another Spaceship account. It commonly happens when domains are sold on other platforms, for instance.
Together with our Domains Pod we have been discussing the possible solution to this problem and aim to solve it shortly.
You asked, we shipπ

How I have not been aware of @sudos_com existence π«₯
Started with integration of couple API to automate few things. And today discovered there is place for that already. I really don't need to spend time on development, by first look it's not worth of the effort
Big shoutout to @HomiWong and @sudos_com ππ―!
Seriously the best customer support Iβve had in a long time. π Thanks for going above & beyond, Homi! ππ
@sudos_com is great. API integration is still an issue as some domain name market places make it a bit hard but once that is solved, the value is tremendous.
