@TicketmasterCS I had hospitality tickets for @PaulHeatonSolo and Jacqui Abbott at Newcastle 18 April. I can’t attend the new October date as I am away - gutted. I’m being told I can’t get a refund and I should just try and sell tickets myself. That doesn’t seem very fair?

@parcelforce so disappointed with your service. PBOP3247096001 was due to be delivered on Friday 29 March and still no sight of it! It is in the Newcastle depot according to tracking info. No one will be in during week and we needed by Wednesday -what do you suggest?
