Fraud has victims.
It steals jobs. It steals wages. It steals opportunity.
And too often, the victim is the American worker.
And that's why @Sonderling47 and I are in the fight with @WHFraudTF.
🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨
I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.
I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.
Here's the primer:
USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.
Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.
You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.
Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.
This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.
In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.
Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.
DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.
Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.
The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.
Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.
In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."
Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."
Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.
The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.
Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.
Who decides when your government is legitimate?
Our senses may be hiding reality from us.
Jeffrey Kripal and Jesse Michels explore the possibility that human perception hides deeper layers of reality because seeing them offered no evolutionary advantage.
“Some forms of knowledge are secret. They’re esoteric by nature. I don’t think it’s a matter of data. I think it’s a matter of cognition.”
“Don Hoffman has this wonderful phrase: fitness beats truth.”
“We have adapted through evolution to win the game. We have not adapted to understand how the game is put together.”
“There is probably a whole chain of consciousness above us that it’s not adaptive for us to perceive.”
“We’re set up to win, not to know.”
If our senses evolved for survival rather than truth, how much of reality remains completely invisible to us?
GLOBALIST THURSDAY:
WHERE DID THE MONEY GO?
Here's something American engineers and tech workers might find interesting.
For decades, employers sponsoring H-1B workers have paid a federal fee specifically intended to help train American workers.
$750–$1,500 per qualifying petition.
Congress created the program to help develop America's domestic workforce and reduce dependence on imported talent.
Now here's where it gets interesting.
The federal H-1B Skills Training Grants listing shows:
🇺🇸 FY2024: $37.7 million in grant obligations.
🇺🇸 FY2025: $37 million estimated.
🇺🇸 FY2026: $0 estimated obligations, with a funding rescission expected to absorb accrued fees.
Meanwhile, American engineers, IT professionals, and other skilled workers continue reporting layoffs, outsourcing, and difficulty finding work.
So where is the money going?
How much has been collected over the years?
Which organizations received it?
How many Americans completed training?
And most importantly...
HOW MANY AMERICANS ACTUALLY GOT JOBS?
Here's this Thursday's challenge:
Find the grant recipients. Examine the spending. Demand measurable results.
If employers are required to help fund American workforce development, Americans deserve to know whether that investment is working.
We don't need another post about an imaginary talent shortage.
We need the receipts.
Why are foreigners allowed to send remittances from the United States "home"?
Over 200 billion dollars hemorrhages from the US economy into foreign countries annually
The biggest offenders are Mexico and India
Why is this even tolarated?
After the @CivilRights Division found that Berkeley Law has an illegal race-based admissions system, its “flagship” student-run California Law Review thought it would be a bright idea to destroy evidence of possible race discrimination in how it selects its members. We’re investigating! 🤨
Mid-week reading.
Here's a clear example of the idiot logic of the Ferguson-Pedersen state income tax scheme: "The scheme doesn't fix childcare availability (or fraud, or any other problem) but give us the money anyway!"
Excerpt:
Ferguson warned that repealing Washington's new "millionaires' tax" would make childcare even less affordable....
The funding will also not close the state’s estimated annual $6.3 billion economic opportunity gap caused by parents being unable to find affordable, accessible and high-quality childcare....

PAYPAL IS CUTTING ITS SENIOR ENGINEERS AND DIRECTORS IN SAN JOSE, HIRING H-1B FOR SAME ROLES
The California WARN notice lists 251 permanent layoffs at PayPal's San Jose headquarters, effective October 30. More than 50 are senior software engineers and nearly 50 are directors.
From October 2025 to June 2026, PayPal has filed 1,155 LCA's for H-1B employees, at least 443 of them in San Jose.
192 were for senior software engineer titles.
🚨 THE FBI JUST REVEALED A DISTURBING NEW FORM OF TECH JOB OUTSOURCING.
North Korean operatives are fraudulently obtaining remote jobs at Western companies.
Then subcontracting the actual work to freelancers in India, Pakistan and Nigeria for a fraction of the salary.
The FBI says they’re also:
• Using stolen identities.
• Hiring others to conduct job interviews.
• Operating laptop farms inside America.
• Targeting defense contractors.
Meanwhile, DOJ has indicted 14 people in a related scheme affecting more than 70 U.S. companies.
Do American employers actually know who’s doing their technology work and who has access to their systems?

Tonight, @SpeakerJohnson is in Washington state to campaign with @votejohnbraun. I brought the Speaker an @xx_xyathletics hat signed by some of the brave Camas girls who are fighting for fair play. There is more work to be done – and only a Republican majority will do it.
Why American graduates aren’t finding jobs.
Obviously Congress doesn’t care.
No wonder young people are questioning our form of government.
Will nothing inspire congress to care about/vote for America’s future instead of their own selfish interests?
What is the reason that, per Greenhouse, 81% of Americans were rejected for a job in the past year without ever speaking to anyone at the company, human or AI?
The pipeline is OPT+STEM+CPT, where US companies hire foreign students first for entry-level jobs through caste/kick-backs/bodyshops based hiring practices, with a total of 15% FICA tax exemptions combined for both the employer and the foreign student worker, and no prevailing-wage requirements, only state or federal minimum wages.
The initial 1–3 years of critical on-the-job training are lost for US graduates! Employers file H-1B lottery applications for these foreign students during their initial three years of OPT + STEM OPT. If selected in the H-1B lottery, the employer keeps them. If not, these OPT + STEM students move to Day1CPT colleges or universities, continue working full-time, and keep trying for the H-1B lottery.
At least five years have now passed for the foreign worker holding that job. If selected in the H1B lottery eventually, the employer files for PERM after a further 4-5 years of employment. By then, the foreign worker already has 6–10 years of experience. These workers cannot easily leave their employers while waiting for PERM and green card processing. If they are never selected for the H-1B, the company sends the good workers to another country, such as Canada or their home country, and brings them back on an L-1 visa after a year!
This system has killed innovation. A majority of these foreign workers are simply doing the job, working 12–16 hours a day, including days off. Meanwhile, U.S. citizen graduates miss out on years of critical opportunities, experience, and career growth!
All these loopholes appear to have been designed around rules that consistently favor employers and foreign workers. OPT, STEM OPT, and CPT arrangements create 5 years of FICA tax exemptions under qualifying circumstances. OPT + STEM + CPT can mean up to five years without FICA payroll taxes!
The critical 3–6 years of work experience that American workers need to build their careers are lost when companies can hire foreign workers on OPT/STEM/CPT and then move them to H1B and L1 visas instead of hiring and training American workers. During PERM, if violations are caught, companies pay the fine and move on. But the damage to American careers has already been done for every H1B or L1 worker initially hired who has spent 3–7 years in the job and has become a perfect fit for that position!
Sample of Micrsoft hiring these 3500 foreign F1 students in 2024 who will get transitioned to H1B/L1/TN etc., and US workers get laid off with new foreign workers who will have to work like slaves for ten year atleast or until their PERM+I-140 is approved! Once PERM+I-140 is approved these workers are no longer motivated to work long hours including days-off, and they move to differnt companies with I-485 petition pending and EAD acquired. That why new foreign workers are needed every year!

They Dont Work For You
Ever wonder how a senator can spend years in Washington, deliver almost none of the spending cuts, immigration limits, or job protections that were promised, and still get reelected?
The term is six years. That is the whole setup.
Year one the promises fade. The election is over. The campaign donors still have the senator’s personal phone number and email. The lobbyists still get the scheduled meetings and the return calls. The ordinary voter who put the person there has almost none of that access for the next five years.
They have a saying in DC- the voters have the memory of a goldfish.
Years two through four the regular business takes over. Party leadership controls committee assignments and decides which bills get a hearing or a floor vote. Donor networks and political action committees keep writing the checks. Local chambers of commerce, employers, and party officials get used to dealing with the current office. When a bill stalls, the senator can point at the House, the other party, the Senate leader, or a colleague who is not up for reelection for three more years.
Everybody has an explanation. The bill does not move. That's by design and you never get an actual name of who is holding you up and if you do they are never up for the next primary.
The staggered terms make it cleaner. The senator facing voters this cycle can stand up and demand the vote. The senators who are safe until the next election do not have to take it. The campaign promise stays on the website. The legislation does not pass.
Year five the seat gets protected. The party committees and outside spending groups already know which donors gave last time. Local endorsements from county parties, business groups, and key employers stay with the person already in the chair. A serious primary challenger starts with almost no money and no name recognition. The incumbent starts with the war chest, the name people already know, and six years of constituent-service mail and casework.
Year six Washington remembers the state. Ribbon cuttings. Town halls. Photographs with veterans. Announcements about federal grants coming home. Bills they propose but will never vote on. Fresh newsletters and another round of promises about what will happen if the voters give them six more years.
What does not get the same attention is the short list. Which of the last campaign promises on spending, immigration, or jobs actually became law. Which votes the senator personally cast. Which bills the senator sponsored that never left committee. Who wrote the campaign checks. What happened to the senator’s personal stock accounts while the person was in office.
Then the exit. Some former senators and senior staff move into lobbying firms, consulting shops, or corporate advocacy jobs where the Washington contacts are worth money. Others stay in the Senate for decades. Stock trading continues on the same access. Senators receive briefings and sit on committees that see information before the public does. Disclosure rules exist. A lot of Americans still do not think those rules are enough.
Six-year terms. Seats that are hard to lose. Donor lists that outlast any one election. Party committees that know where to spend. Delayed votes. Committee access that can move a personal portfolio. A lobbying or consulting job waiting on the other side. Each piece has a polite explanation. Together they make it easier to keep the seat than to pass the spending cuts, the immigration limits, or the job protections that were promised.
A senator can serve the full term without a major bill on those issues. They can campaign on the same problems for twenty years. When the cycle ends they ask for six more years to finish the job.
Stop measuring the speech. Measure which of the promised bills actually passed.
They Dont Work For You.
If your senator is in year six and the big promise is still a promise, say the name. Like share and bookmark.
A Princeton Ph.D. in chemical engineering. 2,300+ job applications. Still no job while companies import thousands of cheap foreign workers every year to do these very same jobs.
This is insanity. These programs are a COMPLETE SCAM. Stop selling out American workers. END THEM NOW!
