British Gas again been no help at all no courtesy towards their customers with very heavy heart I give o rate on customers service to British Gas

@BritishGasHelp Thank you all as a courtesy if engineers can’t come at least looking at the length of service we been with British Gas at least they can borrow electric cooker

@BritishGas no courtesy to wards customers I have covered nearly every thing just apart from cooker so that means no gas no cooking even I have someone who has underlying health issues makes him priority even so British Gas can not provide electric cooker just to honour they care

@BritishGas I am really upset with how my case is been handled it seems you guys are after money money money no Courtesy towards your customers. I been with you for 18 years without switching to another provider even knowing how expensive British Gas/ electric is. Very Disappoint
