@STCOURIER2 Had the worst experience when one of my parcel was delivered, even after mentioning that i have a young one with me and cannot go downstairs to pick the parcel, the delivery guy was so rude that he said “Lift la vara valikitha”. I tried reaching out to customer care but no one picked the call up!!

Had a very unpleasant experience ordering a crib from your website.
Your delivery partner, @XpressBees_IN had sent us the out for delivery almost 5 times and didn’t delivery saying that the address was incomplete though the order contained two items and one was delivered successfully.
Even after escalating this with your customer care, nothing changed.
Hence, we have now cancelled it.
This was our first time ordering from first cry and it was quite honestly very frustrating.
Will be very very hard for us to come back to you again.

@XpressBees_IN Same story again. Today and yesterday the delivery didn’t happen and the reason is stated as incomplete address. Today again the delivery agents number was switched off.
@firstcryindia, we are going to cancel this order. We no longer have the patience or the time to waste.

There is a delivery for me from Firstcry shipped via Xpeessbees
But my experience has been very bad
My delivery is getting delayed because i keep getting the message address incomplete from xpressbees
I have re entered the address multiple times but still have gotten the same response

Also we ordered two items and one item has already been delivered in the first attempt without any incomplete address issues. So i don’t understand how the address could be incomplete!

I get out for delivery message from your company but the number given in that message seems to be switched off always

I want to talk to the delivery agent and check the status myself directly

I got an out of delivery message again today, this time i was able to reach the delivery person but he said that there is no man power in my area and hence the delivery won’t be possible today and that it will be delivered tomorrow.
This is very frustrating.
Please let me know how do i proceed further.
