@ABLpk I require the monthly subscription Storage package for iPhone. How can i authorise @Apple to deduct the monthly subscription fees. The same shall be allowed on customer’s request as like other Pakistani banks are doing it. @Apple is a far trusted brand !! Solution is required?

The @ABLpk customers are unable to buy over iTune and Apple Store. When i try to pay from my credit, "YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WAS DECLINED" message popup. This is not the case with me only but other @ABLpk customers are also complaining about the same. @ABLpk must rectify the issue.
