A PIL has been filed by me in Delhi High Court challenging solitary confinement provisions in the new BNS, inherited from IPC. Law Commission & Supreme Court have deemed it unconstitutional, yet it remains. Used to torture freedom fighters, no court has awarded it in 40+ years!
