This is the case when building is just 1 yr old. After taking full payment, builder is not interested in completing the work

This is daily routine at #VadsundharaGrand society, Atal Chauk, #Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, UO, India.
Lifts of @thyssenkrupp elevator india r installed in society. Still society is not nanded over to RWA. Builder is managing as many flats r still to b handed over.

@UPRERAofficial बिल्डर रेरा को सम्पूर्ण सच नहीं बता रहा है। और रेरा भी प्रोजेक्ट स्थल पर जाकर सच्चाइयों को जाने।
बिना OC/CC के वहाँ गृह स्वामी को आवासीत करवा दिया गया है।
आए दिन बिजली, पानी, पार्किंग एवं लिफ्ट की समस्या से लोग जूझ रहे हैं।
परंतु बिल्डर एवं रेरा के अधिकारी सो रहे हैं।

वसुन्धरा ग्रांड प्रोजेक्ट की extention एवं section 8 की अवधि समाप्त हो चुकी है।
बिल्डर ने अभी तक जरूरी सुविधाएं तक पूर्ण रूप से सुनिश्चित नहीं की है।
Subvention के 5 ग्राहक अभी भी रेरा के भरोसे इन्तेज़ार कर रहे है।

@UPRERAofficial @UPRERA vasundhara Grand project ka haal kya hai aap ke adhikari waha aa ke iss baat ka sangyaan le.. builder koi kaam karwane ko tiyar nahi hai waha jo log majburi Maie reh rahe hai or rera ke bharose baithe the ki kanoon hai..par sab bas paper maie theek hai vasta maie nahi.

@UPRERAofficial The वसुंधरा ग्रांड प्रोजेक्ट मे 2015 मे flat बुक किया था आज भी 100% payment होने के इतने महीनों बाद भी flat के position के लिए चक्कर लगा रहे हैं

@UPRERAofficial Not agreed with this. None of the resident of Vasundhara Grand is satisfied with builder and haven’t received any support from RERA.
Please take feedback from residents of Vasundhara Grand.
I am one of them. Already filed case with Rera but not resolved in 1.5 years.

@UPRERAofficial Promotors of The Vasundhara Grand has taken UPRERA & their resident for granted by not providing the stated facilities apart from OC/CC. Their tripartite maintenance agreement is not signed but collected maintenance charges abruptly without providing the receipt.
