@sone_do_mujhe Consortiums of law firms have their unique award system so as random organisations. Their system is better than Nobel prize according to them
@sone_do_mujhe I would say, it would be highly inefficient process, devalues diversity, and most importantly, very difficult to enforce. We don't need to centralised and unified everything. Let communities enjoy autonomy as long as they are not repugnant to the Constitution
@sone_do_mujhe Nothing wrong in using AI to organise thoughs but nothing beyond. Process of thinking must remain with humans because we understand experiences and contexts better than any AI.

I am thrilled to share that I have signed my first book contract with Routledge. It will be titled "Gender, Freedom of Religion and Progressive Constitutionalism: The Impact of the Sabarimala Decision in India" and will likely come out in early 2025.

I am very happy to share that our latest article, 'Empowering Rural Communities: The Impact of the 73rd Constitutional Amendment on Panchayats in India,' co-authored with Anurag Ojha, has been accepted for publication in the Australian Journal of Asian Law.
In this article, we argue that despite the 73rd amendment, decentralization of the power and functions has not been devolved to the panchayats (village councils).
I am delighted to share that my article "Balancing Faith and Equality: Examining the Adequacy of the Doctrine of Essential Religious Practice from Gender Equality Perspectives in India" has been accepted for publication in the Oxford Journal of Law and Religion. More updates soon
