@andrewpeach the gp system is creaking at best. They cannot be accessed for non-emergency cases, and for emergency cases I need to go to RBH. By the time I get via triage system (it takes 1hr on ph to speak to gp reception). With 11 months infant, its been hard to access to GP

@st7_bri@Ofcom@VodafoneUK We had the same experience with our home BB. After 2 days, 3 hours of hold, complaints, twitter DM, online chat, nothing. Then we had to ask for upgrade and the call connected immediately. You can join anytime, but you can never leave.
@VodafoneUK trying to contact you for help for moving home. On the phone line for over 3 hours over last 2 days, but cannot reach any person for help. Please it is urgent.
@VodafoneUK I have been told by different chat representatives different call times. In fact the chat team told me "there is some technical issues with the call team and that is why your call is not connecting" - Any help/ideas? My house move date is approaching.
@airindiain Hi AirIndia, Yet to receive any refund for cancelled tickets from CCU-LHR for over a month. Flights (scheduled on Feb 21) were cancelled Involuntarily by AI, customer care assured of refund but still no refund. Mailed multiple times. Please help.
