@StandardBankZA The issue was that preloaded beneficiaries from your side's banking details are not shown, so we cannot verify it against details on statements we receive.
@cnni Just read this article (dated today) and there is a major underreporting of cases and deaths in US for some reason: https://t.co/YJSyLn2qq3 "In the United States, more than 2,000 people are confirmed or presumed positive for the novel coronavirus, and 50 have died."
@BoseService Hi all, just a note to let you know the 19 July iOS update of the Bose Music app (2.1.3) still doesn't resolve the connection issue. The weird empty popup is gone now, but we still cannot connect to the 700 headphones.
@BoseService Thank you, I reckon I'll wait for the update. I discovered a bug with the Conversation Mode today. Where do we report these for the engineers to investigate?

@ShowmaxOnline Cannot watch on my new phone - I get a max devices warning, even though I have 19 devices remaining. Support ignoring me. Shall I just go ahead and cancel?
@AbsaSouthAfrica Posting the information on the website is not informing your clients, it's having the information available online. You cannot expect us to check this every day to plan around it? A much better way would be an email one week before any planned maintenance.
@Absa So how did you inform your clients of the "Planned site maintenance" currently happening? I need to pay for something and now I don't have access to my funds. How is this Africanacity?
@AbsaSouthAfrica Yes, but I would still like to know how you are informing your clients of planned maintenance. Surely this is a basic service so that we can plan around it?
