one good thing about our MD sir is that he does not believe in working on holidays and on this issue he has walked the talk .he has not held a single review meeting on holidays which used to a practice before him .he has not held any town hall meeting on holidays either .
in the latest review meeting of ZM and other senior officers he has to cancel meeting dated 14 may be could have held that meeting on Sunday but he did not do that and held meeting on Monday ..
but few ZM and CH are defying MD sir on this issue and frequently sending officers on duty on holidays in name of recovery.we are not against making sincere efforts for recovery and irregular loan accounts regularisation but all such efforts have to be made on working days and not holidays .
we have requested MD sir to make CBR regularisation efforts part of agriculture officers KRA I am told he has agreed to this but agriculture division resisting that and not implementing that suggestions .we firmly believe agri officers are best suited to interact with farmers for all aspects of agri loans including recovery.
there is shortage of staffs in rural and semi urban branches where most of agri loans are and it is very difficult for branch heads to move to fields on regular basis as they have to run the branches also as most of control aspects thugs are to be done by branch heads only .and there are hardly any branch with surplus officers for this purpose.
we again reiterate our old position on no working on holidays and all comrades are requested to adhere to federation call on this issue .

As per Order by @DC_Gurugram Bank employees will work 9am to 6pm in Banks, after that they will do Census Duties till night, even on Saturday and Sunday.

LEGAL NOTICES CANNOT SILENCE BANKERS VOICE❗️

Got 7 Legal Notices for Speaking Up.
Is this the reward for raising bankers voice?

All because I spoke about what is happening inside Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank under the leadership of Chairman #YS_Thakur.

Every single notice mentions my posts on X. So let the BANKERS see clearly what my crime was:

- I questioned humiliation of bankers in the name of targets
- I opposed unethical insurance pressure
- I spoke against abusive and fear based management style
- I raised concern about mental harassment of staff
- I demanded dignity for bankers

And the response?

Not dialogue. Not correction. Not transparency But legal intimidation

Is this leadership or suppression?

If a banker cannot speak about workplace pressure without receiving legal threats what kind of environment are we creating?

I ask openly, Are bankers employees or are they expected to be silent machines?

Instead of answering the issues seven Regional Managers chose to send notices.

Why such coordinated reaction to one voice?
I am tagging the authorities who oversee banking governance:

I request, Please clarify whether raising ethical concerns is misconduct

- If targets are justified explain them transparently
- If insurance practices are ethical audit them openly
- If humiliation never happens investigate independently

Pressure does not create respect
Fear does not create performance

I am ready to respond legally But I will not apologise for demanding dignity

Because dignity is not indiscipline
And truth is not defamation

Now I ASK EVERY BANKER READING THIS

What should I do now❓
Stay silent❓
Delete everything❓
Or continue to raise issues respectfully and legally❓

🔥Indian Overseas Bank Leave Policy🔥

What @IOBIndia is doing to its managers is not “policy.”
It is not “discipline.”
It is not “productivity.”

It is exploitation.
It is coercion.
It is institutionalised harassment disguised as HR.

A bank forcing employees to “earn” their basic human right to leave by meeting monthly business targets is not just unethical.
It is a modern form of bonded labour inside a government owned institution.

Look at this format:
Before an officer can take a single day off, they must submit their Savings, Current, Housing Loan, Jewel Loan targets and if they have not performed, they simply cannot go on leave.

Who came up with this medieval logic?
If performance slips, fine review it support the staff guide them.
But blocking leave because targets are not met
That crosses every boundary of decency law and humanity.

No sleep
Age catching up
Family emergency
Health issue
Mental exhaustion
None of it matters.
Indian Overseas Bank has created a culture where targets matter more than people.

This is worse than corporate pressure.
This is worse than exploitation.
This is worse than harassment.

This is state sponsored burnout inside a public sector bank.

@RBI @DFS_India @FinMinIndia If a bank believes employees are machines, then it should also accept the consequences when machines break.
#IOB needs to be held accountable for these inhuman internal practices.
Not tomorrow.

A circular came into effect which says employees must pick phone & reply management people even on holidays.
But ROY sir himself isnt following the orders.
His phone is switched off today and see the replies to a person.
