Why do people worry when they see a plate full of meat with no vegetables but think it’s perfectly healthy when it’s a plate full of vegetables with no meat?
The answer lies in decades of nutrition dogma that has demonized meat while glorifying vegetables. People have been conditioned to believe that meat—especially red meat—is unhealthy, linked to heart disease, cancer, and other chronic conditions, despite weak or misleading evidence. At the same time, vegetables have been elevated as the ultimate health food, regardless of their actual nutrient bioavailability or individual tolerance.
In reality, meat is one of the most nutrient-dense foods available, packed with highly bioavailable protein, essential vitamins (B12, iron, zinc, etc.), and healthy fats. Meanwhile, a plate full of vegetables may be lacking in complete proteins, critical micronutrients, and can even contain antinutrients that impair nutrient absorption.
The double standard comes from faulty science, industry influence, and government guidelines that have prioritized ideology over human physiology. But the truth is, a well-balanced diet isn’t about what looks “correct” to the average person—it’s about what truly nourishes the body.
@wallstengine Msft cfo said verbatim “a capex pivot will happen from data center infrastructure build out to more cpu and gpu and that it will directly correlate to more revenue”. Capex does not just mean gpus. These comments suggest even more of the capex pie will go to gpus in the future

It’s not just super heroes that have origin stories.
Villains do too. They just don’t get as much attention.
This offseason was the Phoenix Suns villain origin story.
Anger, disbelief and disdain were thrown their way by players, media and opposing fans.
Simply coming together thanks to an owner who didn’t care about the cost in the present or the future rubbed people the wrong way.
Many refused to to call them a super team or a title favorite because they skipped steps, thumbed their nose at the conventional and built it their way.
It’s good they didn’t use that term. That’s because they’re something else entirely.
They’re a villainous team.
A group brought together with bad intentions for the rest of the league. Ready to do anything and everything to take every win, any tournament and the Larry O’Brien trophy.
This team doesn’t care if they win your heart. They’re too worried about ripping them out of their opponents.
As Kevin Durant said, “Hate drives me. Too much love will kill you.”
The 2023-24 Suns will run on hate. It’ll fuel them every step of the way.
For over 55 years, this franchise has been the “good guys.” Everybody’s second favorite team. A group of good guys doing their best.
Not anymore.
This is Phoenix’s villain era.
This isn’t a super team. It’s a villainous one and they’re ready for the big stage.
Let's do it! ☄️

And for the idea, @yungdbook1, you've got a jersey coming your way!
@FlexFromJersey Did anyone watch Bridges in the playoffs? Not efficient and was so so on the defense end due to lack of strength. He had a great end of the regular season but that doesn’t always translate in the playoffs. His stats were very similar to Jimmy Butlers in season playoffs diff story
@RunGoodRussell@sixringsofsteeI Eye test. Did you watch their play in games? Caruso made multiple terrible fouls on the perimeter to either give away 3 foul shots or bonus. The “best” defender needs elite situational awareness when it matters most in games that matter and he did not show that this year
