@vintedUK an order I made has been suspended and you are no longer replying to me. Delivery location no longer exists (evri locker) so it is going back to sender but you won’t refund me - why??
@jet2tweets just had a horrible call from one of your customer representatives Natalie who ended the call by hanging up on when when I asked for my complaint to be escalated. She refused to confirm it would be escalated in writing and was very rude.
@jet2tweets we made an official complain on our holiday on 4th June. The rep told us it would be 28 days until we recieved a response. We haven’t heard anything. Can you help?
@AsdaServiceTeam you asked me to place another order to get the delivery driver to come back with untagged formula but now you’ve cancelled my order today so I have no way of getting into this to feed my baby other than cutting the boxes open…. Not good enough!

@bandq_help I placed an order to collect using a gift card. 10 items in stock. Immediately had order rejected as “no stock”. Now apparently to get my refund I have to go to the store myself where they don’t have the item I need. How ridiculous is this!?
