Ashland is not on fire - but Talent and Pheonix badly damaged and the fire headed out of control to Medford - sadly.

can only guess, but listening to and mapping police and fire reports - Mountain View Estates is not in a good place with respect to this fire - although I wish your parents the very best - no one at the point is describing what has been lost still in the desperate fight.

@Tyrellcrosby My sister lives in Jacksonville and is stuck on the Oregon/California border bcz she teaches school there. Fires closed down the freeways and are destroying the area I grew up in, in Ashland 💔💔💔😰

Structure fires in central talent and Pheonix as well - major problem with responder mobility because when I-5 closed everyone moved to secondary. I-5 now closed at California Boarder

The eagle point fire is separate in origin from the fire that started from the north of Ashland. the Ashland fire has moved into Talent and Pheonix and approaching medford. Many structures, mobile home parks apparently involved. Monitoring police and fire radio
