@JSimpsonjourno The sector created the #EWS1 form, but the scope for it has been set by @mhclg with January advice, including also all the buildings below 18m. This has been acknowledged by @RICSnews here -> https://t.co/OcrLqeNYcS. @ChrisPincher, @RobertJenrick, please fix it. I want to sell.

@mhclg @ukcag @CommonsHCLG @team_greenhalgh, the report refers to your meeting with the lenders in June. However there is no evidence of the content of that meeting anywhere nor impact on the market. Nothing has changed. Still #trapped against my will in a flat of a building below 18m, no EWS1 provided.

@mhclg @ukcag @CommonsHCLG, the official response is full of rhetoric and empty words. EWS1 issues washed away with no practical conclusions. I feel doomed, #trapped forever? Still no explicit mention for the infamous buildings below 18m. What should I do to sell my flat and move on?
