🚨🔬😍 Our review on mapping molecular complexes through #SuperResolution#Microscopy is out!! Highlighting many recent exciting studies. A brainchild of @afonsomendes92 and @Hannah_SuperRes in collaboration with @simaopc and @christlet. Check it out at https://t.co/PS8hbX12Xc

New #TrackMate extension for track analysis and kinetics studies: **TrackMate-ExTrack**.
It is a port in TrackMate of the recent work by us (mainly @S_vanTeeffelen and @Francois__Simon) best escribed by Sven here:

📡 I could not resist the temptation and the demand for it (@sofroniewn ), so I quickly made a @napari_imaging data sample #plugin for the #JWST images just released! The plugin is more 'general' and is for cool @NASA datasets! Pull requests welcome!

Deep learning applies prior information to SMLM image reconstruction of low numbers of localisations to output very high frame rates for live cell imaging.
New prepint just out! Live cell single molecule localization microscopy at >3 fps. The information is mostly there - just spread out in space and time :)
We use a recurrent neural net (LSTM) + some assumptions to extract it. All details here:

The Bill Lab goes infection biology! 😍FtsZ and DamX dynamics in Infection-Related Filamentation (IRF) in model UTIs. Great to work with @iduggin 🇦🇺& @DanielD60849019 🇸🇪as always! Congrats to PhD student Matthew on his first publication as well! 🎉 https://t.co/ajpHMFnwG3
How do you improve optical #superresolution methods?
Through use of better probes! Our new review is out in @ACSChemRev:
Fluorescent Nanoparticles for Super-Resolution Imaging https://t.co/zqIrqE2GYr
Thanks to our amazing @MPI_CBG_LMF team for a great first day, learning about Köhler illumination and focal planes at the “Principles of light microscopy course” @mpicbg looking forward to the rest of the week 😍
📣New tutorial on how to use #Aydin — our easy-to-use and performant image #denoiser. We use one of our favorite test images: 'New York'. We go through different algorithms included in #Aydin and show how to use them, and how to set their parameters:
