@LGBTconstruct@AndySaunders_1 It actually makes it more similar to what your eyes see. The dynamic range of a camera sensor isn’t that great, so if you combine multiple photos at different levels of exposure, you can make out more details in both the brightest and darkest areas, just like your eyes adjusting
Only one chance in this lifetime…
Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him.
I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view…this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.
They're halfway home.
The Artemis II astronauts have hit the "halfway" mark between the Moon and the Earth. They will splash down in the Pacific Ocean around 8:07 pm ET on Friday, April 10 (0007 UTC on Saturday, April 11), off the coast of San Diego.
The eclipse from Orion.
On April 6, external cameras attached to the Orion spacecraft's solar array wings captured the Moon backlit by the Sun during a solar eclipse.
Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.
Here’s a taste of what the Artemis II astronauts photographed during their flight around the Moon. Check out more photos from the mission: https://t.co/rzM1P0QbOl
@sebtoh@AMazinG_mx@baba_Omoloro I did try it. I am unable to create the same address that I have with dots. The only way what you are describing can happen is if they are misspelling their own email or forgetting numbers or something. The dots are not different accounts they all represent the same email account
@sebtoh@AMazinG_mx@baba_Omoloro That is not how it works at all. Those two are the same account and therefore it will not allow someone to create the second email account with the dots because it already exists.
@DirkSwaller54@AJamesMcCarthy@Blobifie It’s not about the moonlight/shadows being visible, it’s that it’s a full moon which is always opposite where the sun is at, and the sun is clearly rising to the side, so where the moon is positioned it couldn’t possibly be a full moon
@Pom_Bazooka@CarbonHelium@thamosdeaf We don’t “need” to see anything. The whole movie could just be them talking about what happened instead of showing it. But that’s not why we watch movies.
