@Kensetsu6 I’ve heard fish oil is good for joints. Literally lubricates them in a way. I feel like I’ve also heard cons to fish oil but cannot remember. Have to disclose that in case my advice leads to liver failure or smth idk

@soncharm I think it deserves the title “classic” because of its yell-ability. Easy to shout at a dance or party, evokes an emotion not happy or sad. Just fun. Also one could argue that to be a “classic” it must be popular, which it certainly is.
@nicholascarrigg I’ve found low bar squat was helpful for me. Bar sits in a much more comfortable place on back. I do ATG (ass to grass) but definitely start light. Helps me to not have to worry about getting “below parallel”. Just down and up
