@ByJamesJones I think it can take the pressure off the players by putting it on himself. Calling players out rarely works and if we’re so poor someone has to stand up and take it on the chin.
Agree, he’s in defensive mode but it’s like a drunk bloke rolling out the pub swinging wildly.

@ByJamesJones Agreed, but the way the media protect Moyes is now winding up a chunk of the fan base.
Moyes more recently telling us we’ve never had it so good after a terrible run is also just making things worse. He’s only ever taken responsibility once and even that was half hearted.

@hollseey Steidten should be in charge of transfers using Newman’s setup. Effectively we should be appointing a head coach. Steidten would appoint the coach and know the type of player he’s requires.
