6 weeks of rest 👍🏽 but also 6, and sometimes more, weeks of no pay.
It can be tough!
To top myself up i’ll be undertaking tuition and a summer club - anybody else got any plans?

@Mr_Bilsborrow @MrTs_NQTs I’ve always found it unusual that someone in school, who’s very presence is predicated on helping to solve an issue in the timetable, is frequently treated with disdain. Like a substitute coming on to replace an injured player and the team deciding not to pass to them

@maternityCPD Unhappy with standards in some areas of the school and a lack of capacity to support staff with improvement (would be my guess!)

Is it ok for SLT to send your planning back to you (once checked) on a weekend and request any changes are made by Monday? Therefore directing you to work? Some changes being quite significant. Particularly difficult for me as I don’t work on Mondays @maternityCPD

@_MissieBee I had a tiny bump with my little girl and it made me really anxious every time people commented. I measured small on the growth charts too (mainly inaccurate!) She was a healthy 7lb 8 😍 try to ignore them

I know I’m an old fuddy-duddy but you really shouldn’t be posting anything about the SATs papers on social media, even vague allusions to them and their content or comments on language etc. They are still live and they are embargoed.
