Perhaps President-elect Donald Trump might want to reconsider Clayton’s nomination as Clayton may be implicated in the recent RICO allegations from the VeriDAO @dao_veri exposing the corruption that began under his tenure as SEC Commissioner. He signed off on the 2019 SEC Vs @ReggieMiddleton et al which included numerous allegations of baseless fraud and it wasn’t just the violation of “unregistered digital asset securities”. SEC’s Jorge Tenreiro is Invited to the Scrutiny of the New York Attorney Grievance Committee and You are Invited to be a Witness.
As many of you know the Veri token holders have been very busy in the last few months with the crafting of several complaints against attorneys, a judge in the Hall vs Middleton case and The Dossier. We have now completed a complaint against the lead attorney in the SEC vs Middleton et al case, Jorge Tenreiro. Once again, the evidence is quite clear and in our non-legal opinion irrefutable.
Now, it’s time for all of you Veri token holders, and anyone else in the crypto community, to participate in the submission of the complaint via https://t.co/2QSym17BgP where you will have the opportunity to add your own “Victim Impact Statement” as well as the impact it had on you as it relates to being a holder of the Veri token. Though most of the Complaint will be the same from each of you, your personal touch will carry significant weight in the eyes of the committee.
It is important to be professional in crafting the negative impact Jorge Tenreiro’s deceptive tactics have impacted your life and value of the Veri token. Please remember the Attorney Grievance Committee is independent of the SEC and this is not the time vent your frustrations in a demeaning fashion. Write as if you were standing before a judge in a courtroom giving a deposition, be honest, polite and professional.
