What’s the point of a “delivery address” if your system can’t get it right? instead of resolving the issue, your call centre called, announced that they were cancelling the order, didn’t even let me explain the situation, and simply hung up!

If you are an investor in India. Every year involves KYC, re-KYC or filling up some form or the other. This year's no different.
1) The deadline to ensure you have nominees registered in all MF folios and demat accounts is 31st March. Without nominees your folios will be frozen.
2) For fresh investments also, two-factor authentication is compulsory. So if you or your distributor places an order with a transaction portal, an OTP will come to you for validation
3) PAN-Aadhar linking if not done already
4) KYC validation by 30th April if the original KYC was done using Aadhar.
