@VirginAtlantic terrible service. Lost my baggage, no update 3 days later and contact details just give a generic message that you are too busy to do anything about it 🙄
Everyone avoid Virgin Atlantic at all costs. My luggage is missing, my flight was extremely delayed, I paid way too much for internet that didn’t work, and the guy helping me at the luggage desk is so mean
