How water from illegal borewells near Hyderabad lakes was sold through tankers
Borewells drilled near lakes, underground pipelines and ponds lined with plastic sheets were allegedly being used to extract and sell water through tankers in Hyderabad.
The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has removed 31 borewells near Thammidikunta and Sunnam Cheruvu as part of its ongoing crackdown on the activity.
At Thammidikunta, opposite Shilparamam, borewells had been drilled on government land in the lower section of the lake, according to HYDRAA. Water extracted from these borewells was supplied through pipelines to a pond made using plastic sheets. The water was then sold and transported to customers through tankers.
The arrangement allowed operators to extract groundwater at multiple points, collect it in the lined pond and supply it to tankers for distribution. HYDRAA officials intervened on Monday, removing six borewells along with their motors and pipelines. They also removed underground pipelines that carried water to the pond, cutting off its supply.
A similar operation was carried out at Sunnam Cheruvu in Madhapur. After an earlier operation on Saturday, officials removed 10 more borewells on Monday, taking the total number of borewells removed near the lake to 25.
In all, HYDRAA has removed 31 borewells near the two water bodies, including six at Thammidikunta.
The operations are aimed at stopping the unauthorised extraction and commercial sale of water near lakes. The agency has also targeted the infrastructure used to collect and transport the water, including motors and pipelines.

Why corrupt officials trapped or booked by ACB escape jail?
-recommendation from MLA or Minister seeking departmental inquiry instead of approval for prosecution.
-find back door method( bribe) dept head to reject prosecution request.
ACB catches them, dpt protects

We are filing a criminal complaint against Neha Bora over her statement praising Bangladesh’s Gen Z movement for having “shown us the way” and extending a “red salute” while urging Indian youth to draw inspiration from the movement.
Why glorify a movement that plunged a country into upheaval and instability? No one wants India to follow a path towards anarchy and national decline.
The complaint seeks registration of an FIR and investigation under the following provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023:
Section 152: Acts endangering the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India, including specified subversive activities - imprisonment for life or imprisonment up to 7 years, and fine.
Section 147: Waging, attempting to wage, or abetting war against the Government of India - death or imprisonment for life, and fine.
Section 148: Conspiracy to commit offences punishable under Section 147 - imprisonment for life or imprisonment up to 10 years, and fine.
Section 192: Wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause rioting - imprisonment up to 1 year and/or fine if rioting occurs; otherwise, imprisonment up to 6 months and/or fine.
Section 352: Intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of the peace - imprisonment up to 2 years, or fine, or both.
Section 353(1)(b) and (c): Statements conducing to public mischief in the circumstances specified by law, including certain statements likely to cause public fear or alarm or incite offences - imprisonment up to 3 years, or fine, or both.
The law must take its course.
I extend my sincere gratitude to Sr. Adv. Makarand D. Adkar Ji (@AdkarMakarand) for his invaluable guidance and support.
@KirenRijiju You would have taken action when he was in India

Dhruv Rathi supported by Pakistanis
Ary News reporter Farid Ahmed who works for Pakistan & ISI is seen with Dhruv Rathee in London.
और कुछ को लगता है कि ये भारत का भला चाहता है
If Pakistani and Bangladeshi flags are fluttering at Dhruv Rathee’s protest, it raises serious questions about the forces rallying behind their campaign and the narrative being pushed.
Anyone offering even an iota of support to these cockroaches must pause and introspect.
This is no longer about the BJP or PM Modi. This is about India. And when it comes to our nation, there can be NO COMPROMISE.
