Getting extremely frustrated by fortnum and mason - ordered a very expensive hamper for mother in law whilst I was away and never arrived . The line queue goes on and on hold , what’s app - been waiting for customer services ( they say will take 30mins ) since 30/12! @Fortnums
I really do think frailty hospital at home is a “game changer”. The patients we see really do seem the love it. When there’s a real alternative to hospital then giving patients the choice is the way to go!! @UKHaHSoc
