It gets to a point at which a team of 100 produces only about 30x as much as a single, talented person does
But to do it fast, you can't just let that one person do it alone

@woodyV25 Rule one is never answer "Heey" texts, there's usually a reason they don't say their full intentions at first, otherwise you wouldn't even reply. They get you into a conversation so you feel guilty for not answering later

@TenhaTV Hourly, it's just that better/more accomplished VOs usually get bigger roles (both in story importance and dialogue load). The difference in pay between named characters exists, but it's not that different.
Celebrity voices usually are paid premium to be used as marketing though
