@Uber_Kolkata @Uber @Uber_Support @Uber_India driver pick up and after we inside the cab he did not enter pin .he cancel the ride and demand off line payment . It is quite frequent problem now , drive take booking but pushing customer to cancel & make payment offline .

@UberINSupport No refund , it is just a system generated msg . Every time there is non ac cab and you guys are taking full ac cab payment . We can not pay this for such inferior service . Please refund .
