@hahamblin7 I've never slept well but Long Covid has made it dreadful - frequent waking, can't get back to sleep, horrific nightmares, night sweats. Getting better after 3 1/2 years. I'm on 2mg Circadin and supplements but I think time is the main healer, as with all my Long Covid symptoms.

@Lara1273 2 daughters & a son-in-law have it now. It’s rife in London & surely everywhere else! Hardly anyone’s talking about it. My vulnerable son & I already had our vaccines but many people r saying they won’t bother! When they say ‘We’re so over Covid’ I answer ‘Covid is not over you!’

@long_covid @Know_HG @Jos_Franks I have respiratory issues but strangely and luckily had no impact from Covid so I knew early on it wasn’t a respiratory Illness. I’m mostly affected with neurological and cardiac damage.
