@RailMinIndia Call on 139 is not getting connected, calls on 138 r gng answered nd d most frustrating part is when u type n email in detail nd in turn get an automated response of deactivated mail ID. As per IRCTC vendors there is no Maintenance staff on train 02256 started on dt 16th oct
