@optimum your 24/7 is a scam. You waste everyone's time and have trained ppl to lie. I have talked to 3 of your agent, who tell me a generic issue and when I implore, I am told to setup an appointment with specialist. I will make sure I get rid of this service as soon as possible

@AmtrakNECAlerts 94 is already running an hour late and you are making unscheduled stop at Metro Park. Is this to let other trains pass by? Super frustrating. Extremely Poor service. Twice in a week has been at receiving end of Amtrak's "GREAT" service :)
