Fighting for a world post-2100. We advocate for sustainable efforts that consider structural violence: affordability, convenience, hygiene, and rhetoric.
We have always been, are and will always be non-violent in London and the rest of the world. We act in peace, with ferocious love of life in our hearts. We act on behalf of life. We #RebelForLife against government inaction on the #SixthMassExtinction.
EARTH HOUR IS HAPPENING TOMORROW! There will be TONS of awesome prizes and activities! And of course, we'll be turning off the lights for one hour to reduce energy use and promote sustainable practices!💡♻️

Extremely enlightening... definitely reminds us to do more research behind what we're fighting for and see the structural violence embedded between seemingly sustainable actions
The recent #GlobalRecyclingDay should have reminded you that the recycling of plastic, that is, petrochemical products, benefits fossil fuel corporations and their shills at the expense of your health and wellbeing. #RebelForLife: https://t.co/PzxBohj9iu

@ExtinctionR@ElizabethMay have you seen this movement from Belgium that's spreading in Europe? Would love to see something like this in Canada especially with the rise of @sunrisemvmt
Us too 🇨🇦🙋♀️Most people have sustainable values and care about the decaying state of the environment. Unfortunately, they are hindered due to structural violence. Great to see you guys fighting this directly!
Who would have guessed that the American people actually want rapid and just climate action??? 🤔
#OilMoneyMitch’s political games change nothing - because the fight for a #GreenNewDeal is the fight for our lives.

@ExtinctionR You guys are doing an awesome job in articulating the seriousness of climate change without dramatizing it with apocalyptic rhetoric. We're trying to challenge structural violence in Canada, check out our page! #changetherhetoric
If you #RebelForLife from April 15 we can change the system and make it a just world where government represents us rather than the corporations that are killing us and our future. Sign up for #InternationalRebellion now: https://t.co/JdvNSaBWyS

Provide your input for @UWaterloo’s Climate & Energy Action Plan! @UWsustainable is hosting multiple drop-in sessions THIS WEEK to get your input on how campus can become carbon neutral by 2050. Please share with any interested staff, faculty or students on campus!
Love supporting a tasty and conscientious local business. Thanks @redhouseuptown for composting and using biodegradable containers. You lead the way in the fight against structural violence that hinders businesses from pursuing sustainable efforts. #Sustaining2100#UpTownWaterloo
@MikeHudema@JustinTrudeau@theJagmeetSingh Amazing! However, we're not just hindered by lack of political will. We're also encumbered by structural violence in which many sustainable efforts are stiffiled by manufecturers making biodegradable plastics inaccessible, promoting hygiene paranoia like hand sanitizer, etc.
Went to get lunch today in University Plaza near campus and asked if my takeout could be put in my own container. They said no. So I took it for “here”, transferred it to my own container, and left. @SustainableWat any recommendations for sustainable take out?#sustaining2100
@UWHousing @UWsustainable are we, as off-campus students, able to eat in the dine-in cafeterias on campus? This would help reduce take-out waste common at the food court-style dine options on campus. #sustaining2100#sustainability#Uwaterloo
