Budget airlines like @IndiGo6E really need to get out of the international flights business. Bags lost. No accountability. No one knows which country the bag is in!

We all understand unanticipated delays that are beyond one’s control. I guess it’s ok for passengers to condone the same but ok for airlines to penalise passengers in similar situations
