i have enumaration form of 1992 and voter IDs of 1998 and the voter ids of 2006 and 2008, whereas no names in 2002 list

8 names from father's family have disappeared!

and i have found people who have died in 1995 finds name in 2002 list
my father has worked in election duties

@sandipsabharwal I have my father's voter id of 2002 but the name is deleted as we had shifted to a different constituency. The BLO said to fill the enumeration form and wait till the name is in the draft voter list. If not there are again a few formalities to be completed

Interreligion marriage who have changed religion and new name currently on all documents including current voter id whereas they're having voter id data of 2002 available with old name.

Hello @ceo_karnataka,
Many eligible voters with current EPIC numbers don't have their parents and grandparents names (missing/unable to find) mentioned in the 2002 SIR list.
I recently saw a statement by Karnataka CEO to @DeccanHerald that people whose parents and grandparents names don't appear on 2002 list can add their parents siblings as progeny when they fill the form provided by the local BLOs. But when I spoke to BLOs, They say, Only Parents and Grandparents names can be linked and not Parents Siblings.

Can you please clarify? If Yes, Request you to advise all the BLOs about the same. Many voters in Karnataka are worried about this.

My mother who changed her religion in 2000.
Her old name reflects on the 2002 list with old name.
Currently all her documents standing in current name

Whereas my father and his entire family details are removed from the 2002 list.
Hence confused

From this conversation, it appears that the husband had filed a case under Section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights, and the wife is now seeking to have it transferred. This is exactly why I call husbands foolish for filing such cases. Now this man will have to travel 900 km to attend court. Since it is his own case, he should simply stop pursuing it and have it dismissed as not pressed.

May 2025 Supreme Court[SC] made 3 year practice in court as minimum eligibity for judicial services at entry level. It has adversally affected the weaker section of the society and provided an edge to those having a legal or better back ground. Hope the SC will reconsider it.

Further family of 7 had filed in 1997

And have physical ID of the years 1998.

All the name are now absent in 2002 online list

Further everyone voted every elections. And also Further 2004+ also present.
